[Artist to Watch] K.E.L.L.S – Serenity

The now 25 year-old Oakland emcee, K.E.L.L.S, dropped his second mixtape, In the Mean Time, back in 2014. This track (Serenity) really stood out to me on this project; I felt his hunger. The tape has a bunch of highlights too, so be sure to listen to it and let him introduce his perspective of Oaklandia.
